WHAT DO WE DO?

The Objects of the Incorporation:

Resolution of the Court, 20 February 1973:

“That the owners become incorporated with the object of leasing the land or carrying on the business of farming or afforestation thereon.”

Shareholders present at 1989 AGM approved the addition of the following words:

“to enable the Body Corporate to engage in any other legitimate form of business activity either solely or jointly with any other person or body that the shareholders may at a properly constituted meeting approve of”.

This was confirmed by the Court on 10 September 1990.
